*Effective January 1, 2024, Bridgepoint requires all patients to keep a credit card on file. All new patient appointments will require a $100 appointment deposit that will be applied to your copay, deductible, or coinsurance at your first visit. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, on the business day preceding your scheduled appointment. Per our office policy, we charge a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee.
The fees are listed below:
- Missed/late cancelled therapy session $140.00
- Missed late cancelled follow-up psychiatry appointment $75.00
- Urine drug screen $35.00
- Form fee/FMLA/Disability (per packet) $50.00
- Provider letters $40.00
Patients with no insurance can self-pay at the time of the appointment but will still be required to pay the new patient deposit.
Note: We do not require a professional referral to be a patient at Bridgepoint Clinic.
