Chloe Borrelli

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Chloe Borrelli is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marywood University in 2019. While obtaining her Bachelor’s, she provided emotional and behavioral support to older adult residents and their families while working in a memory care facility. Chloe worked as an in-patient Registered Nurse for over 4 years, treating various medical, surgical, and psychiatric conditions. She continued training and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

Chloe provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management. She empowers clients to overcome personal obstacles through evidence-based, competent, and compassionate care. Chloe has a warm, communicative, and respectful demeanor. She values involving the client in their treatment plan to encourage compliance and deter them from a crisis. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Kantamneni, Chloe is driven to advance her expertise in providing mental health care across the lifespan. She is happy to collaborate and coordinate care with other clinicians on the team when appropriate to meet client needs.  

Chloe has served as a Nursing Shared Governance Council member. She has been inducted into organizations such as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Chloe currently volunteers for Camp Magik, a grief camp for children experiencing the loss of a parent or sibling. 

In her free time, Chloe dedicates time to maintaining physical fitness by weight lifting, playing tennis, and hiking. She also enjoys cooking new recipes and spending time with family.
